You will need to register as a 'Tenant' to rate and review a property.
To be eligible, you must currently be living in the property or have moved from the property less than 2 months ago.
Once you've registered, you can rate a property out of 5 'doorknobs'.
If you are just browsing our reviews register instead as a 'Browser'.
As a 'Tenant' you can rate the property on:
INTERIOR
including amenities and utilities (like water. heater, and electrics)
EXTERIOR
including amenities, outdoor areas, garage, parking, TV/wifi reception, and more.
LOCATION & NEIGHBOURHOOD
including proximity to transport, shops, schools, city centre, noise, safety, etc.
LANDLORD & LETTING AGENT SUPPORT
including how quickly problems are resolved.
